The Sound Mind provides a wide range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, teen, and child counseling, as well as specialized modalities such as CBT, EMDR, brainspotting, and more. The practice is committed to offering trauma-informed care, recognizing that trauma—whether acknowledged or not—impacts physical, emotional, and mental well-being. By fostering awareness and understanding of trauma, The Sound Mind helps individuals and families take essential steps toward healing and healthier relationships.

DayBreak is a safe teletherapy service. This is a grant funded program that is exclusively offered to students enrolled in a Community Site School. DayBreak offers 12 free teletherapy sessions to help students manage stress and anxiety. Please contact your Community Connect Coordinator to see if you qualify.
