We are currently restocking our food pantry. If you are in need of assistance for the holidays, please reach out to Tyler Kinnee at Community Connect.
Support Starts with Family
Every family needs support at times, and Community Connect is here to help make those important connections. When students are engaged in school, they’re more likely to grow into happy, healthy, and successful individuals. Community Connect works to remove barriers that may stand in the way, offering individualized support tailored to each family’s unique needs. All services are confidential, voluntary, free of charge, and available by phone or in person. Services are offered directly to parents or guardians, and parental consent is required for student participation.
Building Connections with Community Partners
Community Connect collaborates with Shasta County schools to support students through case management and by linking families to a wide range of community-based resources. These services may include access to physical and mental health care, housing assistance, food support, help with utilities, transportation, and more.
If you’re interested in getting connected, please contact me using the information below or click here to complete the self-referral form, and I will get in touch with you.
